How do I book into a class?

Browse the timetable to find the class you want to book. Click the ‘book now’ button and follow the prompts. You will prompted to create an account with Bookamat and pay online using the Stripe payment system. If you need any help with the process please email

What do I need to bring?

Bring a water bottle to class.  You may like to have a blanket, jumper and/or socks in colder weather.

Mats and equipment are supplied but if you have your own yoga mat and equipment you are welcome to use them.

I have an injury, can I still do yoga?

Check with your doctor or health care provider if yoga is suitable for you before booking into class.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel your booking up to four hours before class starts. You can then reschedule into another class. To request a refund for a booking please email 

I've never done yoga before, is that okay?

Absolutely! Wild Spark Yoga specialises in yoga for beginners. Check out the reviews from many happy beginners on the home page. 

What are your late cancel and no-show policy?

If you cancel your booking less than four hours before class, or don’t show up to class, you will not receive a credit or refund automatically. Please email to request a credit or refund. 

What is the Wild Spark Yoga etiquette?

Wild Spark Yoga is an inclusive and non-competitive environment promoting kindness and respect to all. Come as you are and allow others to do the same. 

What do I need to know to prepare for my class?

It’s helpful to arrive five minutes before class starts to allow time to settle on your mat. 

Eating a big meal before class can make your practice uncomfortable, but you don’t want to be starving through class either. Over time you will find what works best for you.

How often should I practice yoga?

A lot of people start with one class a week. As you progress you might have the desire to practice yoga daily.
