Sometimes the most challenging times in our lives are actually the biggest blessings in disguise. This was certainly true for me. In 2019 I experienced a burn out caused by excessive and prolonged stress, that left me broken, confused and totally lost.

I found in my yoga practice a space for relaxation and stress relief and a place to reconnect with myself. A connection of mind, body and breath. Yoga has led me and held me on the path of healing. 

A path of ancient wisdom, connection, joy and purpose.

Yoga allowed me the space to look at my broken pieces and discern what to keep and what to let go.

I chose to let go of striving. Let go of people pleasing. Let go of excessive stress. Let go of comparison. Let go of my conditioning, piece by piece. 

I let go of who I thought I was meant to be, to become who I am.

And in letting go, space was created. What I found in that space was my wild spark. We all have one. The part of us that gets stomped on, repressed, covered up, lost, but never, ever leaves us. It is us. It is who we are at our core when we are able to let go of everything we are not.

And so, Wild Spark Yoga was born.

Wild Spark Yoga is space. Space to explore. Space to unravel. Space to be. Space for love, peace, truth, ease and growth.

With a world that moves so fast, obligations that keep stacking up, costs that keep on rising, we have lost our way, we have lost our sparkle. The unique spark of light inside of us that makes us alive. We are searching everywhere for some satisfaction, some meaning, some contentment. But until we slow down and look within ourselves, we will never find it.

Yoga is the space to tune in to your body, still your mind and calm your nervous system.
