I feel so calm and relaxed Absolutely LOVE Kristine's way of teaching and her willingness to help me as a newbie to yoga. I feel so calm and relaxed after every session and I especially love the little meditation and music at the end.
I work in an office job which causes stiffness in my neck and shoulders but since doing yoga this has improved so much.

Kristine catered for my ability as a beginner, and clearly guided me through all the exercises. The classes have been very supportive and calming, allowing me to switch my mind off after a chaotic day.
